Description This project consists of improvements to the existing Parking Lot 20 (Lot 20) in order to bring the lot into compliance with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and repair failing asphalt pavement sections. The Base Bid improvements include selective demolition, excavation, backfill and compaction, regrading, milling, and repaving as specified in the construction documents. The additional Alternate 1 improvements include selective demolition, repaving, milling, and resurfacing. Lot 20 is located to the south of Witherspoon Hall, and to the east of Lynch Hall on the campus of UNC Charlotte.
