Woodland School Campus for Barrington Community Unit School District 220 The Board of Education of Barrington Community Unit School District 220, Cook, Lake, McHenry, and Kane Counties, Illinois is accepting bid proposals for the Woodland School Campus project located in Carpentersville, Illinois. The Woodland School Campus project will bid complete building demolition. Bidders must include all work associated with the contract documents. Refer to the contract documents for additional information related to the scope of work. Prime Trade Agreements for the Work will be assigned to the Construction Manager. Compliance with Prevailing Wages and all equal employment practices is required. The Community Unit School District 220 Board of Education is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, reject nonconforming bids, reject conditional bids, waive any informalities and irregularities in bidding procedure, and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, as determined by the District.
