Martin County Airport Landscape Maintenance

Contractor shall perform complete landscape maintenance of areas associated with Martin County Airport facilities, herein referred to as the “Airport” or “County”. The work to be performed by the Contractor shall include, but is not limited to, the supplying of all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, licenses, permits and all other accessories, services, facilities, activities, and procedures necessary for: A. Lawn maintenance to include mowing, edging/trimming, and blowing of debris and weed management of all hard surfaces. B. General area cleanup including trash and litter removal before mowing and removal of plant material: fronds, coconuts, branches etc. that would impede mowing. C. Maintenance for all designated sites including but not limited to ground cover, shrubs, ornamentals, and paver bricks/hardscapes. The Contractor shall provide other such work, as may be required by these specifications, to maintain the Airport’s landscaped facilities throughout the year. It is expected that similar work will be added or deleted during the term of the agreement.
