State Contract with one qualified Vendor to provide equipment and services for the maintenance of specified building chillers. Vendor to remove one (1) old roof-top condensing unit and one (1) air handling unit(AHU) from inside the elevator equipment room, including removal of old line set, provide and install one(1) new, 2 stage independent cooling system unit.
