Bridge Rail Retrofit Repair Necarney Creek Hwy 9 (Sam Reed)

ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to repair a damaged bridge rail on US101. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for repairing a damaged bridge rail on US101, for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Deadline for requests for change, protests, and requests for approved equal brands (if applicable) : 7 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date Deadline for questions or requests for clarification : 5 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date Any questions or issues that may arise regarding the bidding process or the award process shall be directed to the Purchaser/Single Point of Contact.
