Proposed Parking Lot Improvements, Mark and Emily Turner Memorial Library

The City of Presque Isle (hereinafter referred to as the OWNER) invites Contractors to respond to this request for the PROPOSED PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS, MARK AND EMILY TURNER MEMORIAL LIBRARY that is being publicly advertised in Presque Isle February 1, 2023. Bids mailed or delivered prior to the Bid Opening shall be brought to the attention of Kimberly Finnemore, City Clerk at 12 Second Street, Presque Isle, Maine. All Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the exterior: "PROPOSED PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS, MARK AND EMILY TURNER MEMORIAL LIBRARY", along with the name of the Contractor. The Bid must be presented on the form provided by the OWNER with all requested supporting items. Any and all questions on this Project shall be directed to the ENGINEER The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technicalities, and to accept any Proposals considered in his best interest. It is anticipated that this project will be awarded within six (6) weeks for completion in September 2023.
