ARPA Funded Roof Sealant for Police and Fire Training Academy and City Hall

The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to apply an elastomeric coating on the walls and roofs further identified in the specification, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. 1. The City of Irving is requesting a single bid that will include the application of an elastomeric coating on the defined walls and a UV coating with an embedded polyester layer on the roof areas of the Police and Fire Training Academy and the City Hall Parking Garage. The approximate values are as follows: PFTA Wall Coating: 15,325 sqft PFTA & City Hall Roof: 2,200 sqft Please refer to the Activities tab for pre-bid conference information and due dates. The hard copy of the G-2 Bid Bond must be received electronically and postmarked before the due date/time to be considered responsive.
