Description | The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has requirement for Life Safety repairs at Multiple Job Corps Centers in the state of North Carolina. This requirement is being solicited under Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation, in conjunction with FAR Part 36, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 15.305. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: PAST PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE TECHNICAL APPROACH PRICE Notice to Potential Offerors: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database may cause your firm to be ineligible for the award and removed from consideration. Site visits will be held on a case-by-case basis, all site visits must be conducted by September 1,2023. Contact Brad Higley @ bradley.higley@usda.gov to coordinate site visits. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT : Between $250,000 and $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
