Responses to this RFP shall include the following: Development Team • Narrative summary of developer qualifications • Description of at least three comparable projects undertaken by the developer • Name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of primary developer contact • Name and qualifications of proposed design team including architect and engineer Project Summary • Narrative description of proposed project and its compliance with the Redevelopment Plan • Conceptual site plan • Project rendering • Preliminary financial analysis including development budget and ten-year operating pro forma Implementation Approach • Summary of contact with landowner including any agreements • Redevelopment timeline
