| Description | The general responsibilities will include: 1) Perform a lead-based paint risk assessment including paint testing with XRF Sampling of Unit (including technician). Compilation of risk assessment report including completion of lead hazard reduction work specifications. 2) Procurement of a Lead Hazard Reduction Contractor by obtaining 3 qualified bids, holding a pre-bid meeting (when warranted) and provide recommendations of awarding work to qualified bidder. 3) Monitoring of lead hazard removal/hazard reduction work as required. 4) Clearance of unit and production of report summarizing such activities. |
