Kenai Vintage Point Housing Boiler & Controls Replacement

This project, located with the Vintage Point Senior Housing Facility, will replace an aging cast iron boiler and circulation pumps with new high efficiency condensing boilers and variable speed pumps. New backup power generation equipment will also be included with this work. Contractors shall download the available plans and specifications for a full description of requirements. If the bid exceeds $100,000, a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to the City of Kenai amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total bid, shall accompany each bid as evidence of good faith, a guarantee that if awarded the agreement, the Bidder will execute the agreement and give bond as required.
