Request for Proposal - Survey, Design, Construction Engineering and Inspection Services Pedestrian, Road & Storm Drainage Improvements-Park Street; Tanner Street The Town of Abingdon is requesting PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES from qualified firms to provide Engineering Services for the Pedestrian, Road & Storm Drainage Improvements Project at Park Street and Tanner Street. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. A construction timeline has been determined, however construction is not expected to begin before summer 2020.*
