Description

The work under this contract will consist of widening approximately 2,550 linear feet of Fairforest Way from Ridge Road (S-435) to Laurens Road (U.S. Hwy. 276). The proposed improvements include widening the road to establish two travel lanes in each direction with a center turn lane, as well as, additional enhancements to include sidewalks, street lighting and landscaping. The project will consist of traffic control, grading, roadway drainage, stormwater quality improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalk and asphalt paving as more clearly defined in the construction plans and bid documents.
