Description

Qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a 10-foot building addition to an existing 4-bay Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) in Cripple Creek, CO. The existing building is a 100 foot by 40 foot pre-engineered metal building and the addition will add 10 feet to the front of the building, making it a 5,000 square foot facility. Additionally, the project will remodel the building to provide a new restroom, office space and wash bay area as well as additional equipment and plumbing fixtures. The exterior walls shall receive a new 8-inch concrete curb, new insulation, metal siding and interior finishes. The standing seam roof and roof insulation shall also be replaced. The existing metal structure and foundations shall remain.
