Description | Scope of Work includes the following: 1. Addition of glazing surface film to windows located in clerestory above main double story exhibit hall facing the southeast. 2. New wood windows at second floor open office with new flashings and trim including sequentially overlapped sill, jamb, and head flashings, integrated into wall cladding weather resistive barrier. 3. Repair breaches in concrete foundation wall exhibiting efflorescence at interior locations by injecting cracks and cold joints with a suitable sealing material. 4. Addition of air-conditioning and humidity control to entire building. Submit questions and clarifications regarding Drawings and Specifications no later than 5:00 pm, 18 September 2023.If necessary, a final Addendum will be issued on 19 September 2023. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% Washington Small Business, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Contingent upon receipt of Federal funds. Estimated bid Cost Range: $342,000.00 to $378,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Site visit info : Potential bidders coming to Camp Murray to attend the Pre-Bid Walk-Through and to submit their bid need to obtain a visitor's pass at the entry gates. Allow at least 1 to 2 hours for the registration process. Bidders are required to complete a preregistration form prior to accessing Camp Murray. Once completed, bidders shall notify Atika Jain (KMB architects) and Jerry Boone (WMD) via email that the form has been filled out. A printout of the completed form shall be provided for the registration process at the gate. |
