HVAC Replacements

Bid Package A ($415,000): South Building Gym HVAC Replacement, East Alton/Wood River High School Scope of Work includes the removal of existing heating only HVAC unit, ductwork, etc. and replacement with new heating and cooling HVAC units, ductwork, etc. Electrical connection and fire alarm work are commensurate with the work. The project also includes electrical work at main distribution panel, roofing work and structural steel reinforcement work. Bid Package B ($350,000): East Building Atrium HVAC Replacement, East Alton/Wood River High School Scope of Work includes the provision/installation of new heating and cooling HVAC units, ductwork, etc. in the atrium of the East Building. Electrical connection and fire alarm work are commensurate with the work. The project also includes electrical work at main distribution panel, roofing work, ceiling work and structural steel reinforcement work. Bid Package C: Bid Package A and Bid Package B Combination Bid Contractor will be responsible for ordering equipment and all materials immediately after contract execution and shop drawing approvals, regardless of the first day available for construction. Contractor will be responsible for storing and insuring equipment and materials until the first day available for construction (approximately June 1, 2022). At a minimum, bidders must obtain clean copies of bid forms from the offices of Hurst-Rosche Inc. by paying a non-refundable amount of $10.00 to submit a bid for this project.
