Description

Proposals from Proposers for the widening of River Road from north of US 41 to south of I-75 in Sarasota County, a distance of approximately 3.24 miles. The existing roadway is a 2-lane undivided facility. The improvements will widen the roadway to a 6-lane divided facility from north of US 41 (Project Begin) to north of Center Road and widen the roadway to a 4-lane divided facility from north Center Road to south of I-75. Construct Signing and Pavement Markings (S&PM), Lighting and Signalization.
