| Description | DPW storage building, 1070 Carey St Roof Project All Bidders shall submit the Bidder's Pre-Qualification Statement not later than the deadline for the Bids being due as noted above. Bidders who are currently pre-qualified with the City of Lake Geneva for calendar year 2023 are not required to resubmit the Bidder's Pre-Qualification Statement. The Bidder's Pre-Qualification Statement form is included in the specifications. The Bidder's Pre-Qualification Statement shall be submitted to Tom Earle, Director of Public Works/Street Department c/o City of Lake Geneva, 1065 Carey Street, Lake Geneva, WI 53147 for review and approval. The City may or may not open the Bid of a Contractor not qualified, but will not award a Project to a Contractor that is not qualified. Qualification submittals will be held confidential. |
