2023 Street Rehabilitation - Phase 3

Description: The proposed work includes the following streets: 2nd Street: Work generally consists of the reconstruction of approximately 1,613 linear feet of 2nd Street including reconstruction of driveways and stormwater improvements. Estimated quantities consist of approximately 3,865 CY of excavation, 101 CY of embankment in place, 7,343 SY of aggregate base, 6,852 SY of 10-inch thick concrete pavement, 2,396 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 901 SY of concrete driveways, and installation of concrete sidewalk/ramps, including work zone traffic management, and erosion control. Maple Street: Work generally consists of the reconstruction of approximately 479 linear feet of Maple Street including reconstruction of driveways and stormwater improvements. Estimated quantities consist of approximately 881 CY of excavation, 173 CY of embankment in place, 2,225 SY of aggregate base, 2,047 SY of 10-inch thick concrete pavement, 938 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 131 SY of concrete driveways, stormwater system, and installation of concrete sidewalk/ramps, including work zone traffic management, and erosion control.
