Description

The scope of work related to the project is regarding the renovation of the United States Attorney’s Suite on the 8th,9th, and 10th floors of the John J. Moakley Federal Courthouse in Boston, MA. This project is mainly a carpet and painting refresh project with associated moving work. The contractor can expect the work area to be vacant of personnel during all phases of work. The contractor should expect to assist in removing furniture (desks, chairs, tables, file cabinets, etc.) from the work area prior to starting work. The contractor shall evaluate the condition of the space prior to work start. The work includes, Carpet removal, carpet installation, prep and painting of walls, and installation of vinyl cove base on all newly constructed walls.
