San Antonio Parking Lot Asphalt Paving

1. Stabilize and repave of parking area and driveways with Type D Hot Mix asphalt at a target thickness of 1.5 inch. 2. Repair any damaged areas of asphalt. 3. Remove islands and curbing, install base, and expand parking area. 4. Install bollards on each side of existing light standards. Bollards should be 4 in. diameter pipe, 18 in. in ground, 4 ft. above ground. Painted yellow 5. Stripe/paint all areas per ADA requirements, including existing concrete ramp area. 6. Paint curbs for fire lanes and provide directional markings. 7. Replace parking area signage including ADA required signage. 8. Repair any damaged concrete areas and curbing. 9. Replacement of existing car stops. 10.Restripe total parking areas.
