As of February 17, 2023, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. In general the work consists of replacement of approximately 6,000 LF of heating hot water pipe and associated surface restoration. In general the work consists of approximately 4,900 LF of trenching, installation of heating hot water pipe (supply and return) and associated surface restoration. Base Bids will be received as follows: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. MBE (2%), WBE (12%)
