| Description | Plumbing Services – Time and Material on an as needed basis. This award will provide maintenance, small project and emergency plumbing repairs that cannot be handled in house. The Contractor will provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment, and other auxiliary equipment necessary to perform this service throughout the City of Passaic. The successful contractor shall be responsible for the various tasks related to plumbing services, which are not limited to, but including: Repair leaking or defective pipes, valves or couplings . Thaw frozen pipes. Repair or install plumbing fixtures, including but not limited to sinks, wall hung fixtures, urinals, wash basins, water fountains, toilets and traps. Install valves, pipes and couplings. Clear stoppages that occur anywhere from the building to the sanitary sewer junction. |
