| Description | River Trails School District 26 will receive sealed bids for the 2024 Euclid Renovation - Electrical Equipment Pre-purchase project. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reject nonconforming bids, reject conditional bids, waive irregularities in the bidding procedures, or to accept any bid that, in its sole opinion, best serves the interests of the School District. It is the policy of River Trails School District 26, to provide equal opportunity to all qualified businesses in the awarding of contracts and accordingly promotes the utilization of diversified businesses to the maximum extent feasible in any contract issued resulting from this solicitation to bid. The bidder shall have a written sexual harassment policy in place in full compliance with Section 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act. |
