The work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, supplies and equipment required for the construction of the Helene Hall Septic System Improvements, which consists of the following major elements: The work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, supplies and equipment required for the construction of the Helene Hall Septic System Improvements, which consists of the following major elements: Conversion of existing Aeration Treatment Units (ATUs) into septage holding tank and pump station. Construction of a 1 %" force main x 1,350 ft long starting at Helene Halil, along Keawa Place and Uakea Road, ending at the field adjacent to the Hana Ball Park. Installation of new Off Site Treatment Unit 14 ft x 8 ft. Construction of absorption field 36.5 ft x 32.6 ft. Sewer manhole, cleanout and other appurtenances. Electrical work and control panels Conversion of existing Aeration Treatment Units (ATUs) into septage holding tank and pump station. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site on their own and address all questions to the County Work under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for concrete rehabilitation at various wastewater reclamation facilities, consisting of the following major elements: A. Demolish ATU and cesspool distribution boxes and remove and modify piping as shown on the Drawings. B. Rehabilitate two (2) existing ATU's at Helene Hall as a process tank and settling/storage tanks. C. Install one (1) new OTU feed pump station. Including new control panel, float switches, submersible vertical turbine pump, and associated electrical and piping work. D. Construct 1-1/2-inch diameter PVC pressurized sewer force main, approximately 1,300 linear feet long, located between Helene Hall and Hana Ball Park parking lot. E. Two (2) concrete sewer manholes. F. Two (2) concrete vaults with combination air relief valve assemblies. G. One (1) concrete distribution structure. H. Install one (1) OTU with associated control panel, pumps, piping, valves, instrumentation, and appurtenances. I. Construct new absorption bed, approximately 900 Square Feet in Size, including ten (10) rows of infiltration chambers and infiltration chamber inspection ports.
