Description

Ambassador Town Center is a Garden Style project located in Lafayette, Louisiana. It consists of 11 apartment buildings, 2 and 3 stories, with 252 units. Project will feature amenities to serve all residents including leasing office, clubhouse, pool, dog park, fitness. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates and Certified Payroll are required. General Wage Decision hourly rates included in this package. All subcontractors and tiered subcontractors are required to use LCPTracker software for uploading weekly certified payroll. This job is rate locked and funding completed. Please review all attached documents in Instruction to Bidders (ITB) for a complete list of instructions as well as plans and specs. It will start construction in March 2024. Completion is expected January 2026.
