| Description | he U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract for the removal of two existing penstock doors, and the fabrication and installation of two new steel penstock access doors at Philpott Dam Powerhouse. The dimensions of the new steel access door assembly are approximately 2'-8" wide by 3'-9" high. The penstock is a steel conduit that is 9-feet in diameter.
