Amphitheater Exterior Repairs - Northern Virginia Community College

Provide the following on-site services: 1. Pressure wash Amphitheater stage flooring- approximately 4000 square feet of stage deck, trim, stairs and ADA ramp 2. Replace damaged plywood siding 3. Sand, prep and paint stage floor- approximately 4000 square feet of stage deck, trim, stairs and ADA ramp. Prime work area with ArmorPoxy Armor Renew wood primer. Coat stage deck, trim, stairs and ADA ramp in amphitheater with ArmorPoxy Armor Renew Wood Resurfacer with (2) two applications. (Customer will choose the color upon approval) 2 year workmanship warranty; Lifetime manufacturer's warranty. 4. Rails- Prep and paint stairs and ADA railing with EnduraClad Chem-Bake acrylic polyurethane paint. (Customer will choose the color upon approval) 5. Mobilizations and Disposal- Demo approximately 700 square feet of weathered and damaged stranded panel siding, 200 linear feet of wood trim and replace with similar materials. 6. Paint entire exterior of Amphitheater- Prime all new repairs with PPG Multiprime primer. Prep and paint approximately 9,130 square feet of interior and exterior walls and trim with PPG break-through water-borne acrylic, satin texture, to match existing hue. (Customer will choose the color upon approval) All surfaces will be sealed with (2) two full coats of paint. 7. Prep and paint 2 metal doors and frame-on both sides with PPG break-through waterborne acrylic, semi-gloss texture. 8. Roof trim, drip edge, flashing and mansard-repaired or replaced as necessary.
