| Description | Services are requested at: Task 1: 1921 East Miller Road, Lansing, MI 48911 CATA Bus Stop Task 2: 1501 East Miller Road, Lansing, MI 48911 CATA Bus Stop Task 3: 1500 East Miller Road, Lansing, MI 48911 CATA Bust Stop Task 4: 1700 East Miller Road, Lansing, MI 48911 CATA Bus Stop 1. All concrete pads will be a minimum of 6" thick continuously. 2. All concrete shall have a compressive strength of 4000 psi. 3. Concrete pads do require to be pinned with epoxy coated bar or gator bar and mesh. 4. All expansion joints at existing pavement require speed dowels, per attached drawing (see Attachment M). 5. Concrete control joints will be sawed or tooled joints to at least 1/4 of concrete thickness, or a minimum of 1 1/2". 6. Pads will be constructed to allow for affixing shelters with specially designed anchoring devices. 7. Finish pads to a non-slip surface by tamping and screening with a broom finish. 8. Concrete pads will be set on 4 inches of class 2 sand or 21AA gravel that has been properly compacted and prepared for concrete. 9. All concrete shall have hard, brushed, steel-trawled finish, free from defects, vandalism, graffiti and blemishes. 10. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to repair or reroute all lawn irrigation lines in the affected area. 11. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to backfill with screened topsoil and reseed grass to all areas affected by the site construction. 12. Contractor shall set the forms to meet all ADA guidelines. 13. Contractor is responsible for replacing any and all concrete that is not in ADA compliance in regards to the specific site. 14. Contractor shall contact Project Manager after forms are set. | ||
