Description

The replacement of Westinghouse Headgate Hoist control panel 1 & 2 components and wiring to each Headgate Hoist device within 25 feet of control panels. 1. The Contractor shall replace all existing internal components such as terminal blocks, wiring, labels, breakers, and heaters with new Westinghouse components. a. Each Headgate Control Panel shall maintain operability while a new control panel back board is being built to replace existing control panel back board. b. All new components such as terminal blocks, wiring, labels, breakers, and heaters shall be mounted on new backboard and installed in existing Westinghouse NEMA 4 enclosure control panel. c. All new Westinghouse components shall have the same functions and operational capabilities in accordance with Westinghouse Electric wiring diagram #873D083 and control equipment #657C399. d. All new components and wiring shall be labelled on each end of the wiring the same as all existing components and wiring
