| Description | The Contractor will provide preventive maintenance per a monthly schedule and maintenance/ repairs as needed. 24/7/365 emergency repairs with the following response times from initial notification: 30 minutes for all emergency calls during normal business hours; 1 hour for an emergency entrapment call outside of normal business hours; and 2 hours for all other emergencies outside of normal business hours. Management of all inspections (semiannual, annual, and 5-year) in coordination with the elevator inspector. Note: A detailed Performance Work Statement will be part of each solicitation; these requirements are an overview. Elevator Maintenance Company Requirements Elevator maintenance license for the respective state/city. Experience providing elevator maintenance services for medical facilities of equal or larger size. Elevator Maintenance Technician Requirements Current elevator maintenance mechanic s license for the state/city. |
