Description

Bid to construct 16,000 sf of various park structures to include timber framed open air pavilions in multiple sizes, restroom facilities, tournament support facilities, 1600 linear feet of wood decked shoreline boardwalk and 7 wood decked piers with a combined total pier length of 800’. The City will provide all lumber material for the construction of the piers and boardwalk. The City will provide all concrete, CMU, stone, precast modular fireplace components, plywood sheathing, laminated timber decking, and cedar siding for the construction of the buildings. The General Contractor will provide all other materials needed for the construction of the piers, boardwalk, and buildings. The Project also includes concrete sidewalk installation, tree and sod plantings, seeding, and the installation of a new irrigation system.
