Project consists of the renovation of an existing 23-building multi-residential complex with associated site work. Complex consists of 11 two-story garden home buildings, 9 two-story townhome buildings. Work includes renovation of a community building and exterior renovations and improvements throughout complex. Scope includes but is not limited to: demolition, flooring, carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, mechanical, cabinets and countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, bathroom fixtures and accessories, light fixtures, doors, windows, blinds, roofing, gutters, sheet metal, concrete, pavement sealing and striping, fencing, and signage. PLEASE NOTE: - This project is NOT tax exempt. - This IS NOT a prevailing wage project. - Pre-bid site walk TBD - All workers must be OSHA 10 certified. - The Mandatory General Information Sheet must accompany each bid. - Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises and Section 3 Businesses are strongly encouraged to bid. - Please review all project documents, including required insurance limits, prior to submitting your bid. Bids should be based off notes in the drawings and specifications; however, while all notes regarding allowances should be reviewed, DO NOT include allowances in your bids. E.M.
