RFQ Construction Manager - College of Pharmacy Research Labs, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho

As of April 28, 2023, construction is underway and all trades have been let. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. This project is to remodel the second floor ofthe College of Pharmacy, Leonard Hall, Building #8. The scope of work is to extend the existing lab space and create more functional faculty and graduate offices, collaboration spaces, modernize labs, and create ADA restrooms. There will be work in the ceiling on the floor below to accommodate new utility improvements that will be coming up to the second level. At the basement level, there are some minor modifications also to bring up utilities, and to create clinical lab support; see attached schematic floor plans. The CM/GC will be required to meet as needed, but not less than monthly, with the Architect, the Owner's Project Manager, the Owner's Field Representative, ISU, and other team members for the purpose of providing a report regarding the previous month's progress. Such monthly meetings will show funds expended in the completion of the project and specific accomplishments related to the completion ofthe project.
