| Description | Scope of Work Consult with knowledge of contract designs to add on additions to buildings for the use of walk-in freezers/coolers as well as, consulting with requirements for Requests for Bids and advertising. Some travel will be required to the locations of the senior centers. Consultant will be required to work with Santee-Lynches, Government Services staff, as well as local government representatives. No more than 24-hour response time will be needed when contacted. This project will consist of Consulting on preparing dimensions for Request for Bids for a contractor to build an addition to each senior center to house walk-in freezers/coolers Consulting on preparing dimensions for Request for Bids for the purchasing and installing of two (2) walk-in freezers and one (1) walk-in cooler for three (3) senior centers within Clarendon, Kershaw, and Lee counties. Consulting on Requests for Bids for the purchasing and installing of three (3) generators with LP tanks (protective cage), on a concrete pad. |
