Citizen, City and Modeling Identified - Street and Property Flooding. MLK Culvert capacity = 50 cfs < 10-year storm. US 190 Culvert capacity = 650 cfs > 25-year storm (see photo). Railroad Culvert capacity = 415 cfs < 10-year storm. Inlets on Hardeman St and Williams St have negative flow due to surcharging from channel. As of November 19, 2021, design is underway. This project is included City of Copperas Cove FY 2022-2026 CIP.
