| Description | The Projects consists of preventative maintenance of the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment at the following facilities: 1. City of Stanton Sheriff Station, 11100 Cedar Street; 2. City of Stanton City Hall, 7800 Katella Avenue; 3. City of Stanton Public Works Corporate Yard, 8100 Pacific Street; 4. City of Stanton Family Resource Center, 11812 Santa Paula Street; 5. City of Stanton Central Park, 10660 Western Avenue. The Contract will be for a term of one (1) year from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. The City shall have the unilateral option, at its sole discretion, to renew the Contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. |
