Description

The Town of Signal Mountain is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the total lump sum cost to remove and replace HVAC system at the Signal Mountain Library. Contractor shall remove existing HVAC, prepare site as needed and install new system., Contractor shall be responsible for the offsite removal and disposal of materials. 1) On site visit is required prior to submission of proposal. 2) A bid bond is not required. 3) A performance bond is not required.
