Mill House Renovation

Contractor shall provide all material, personnel, equipment, tools, fuel and other items or services necessary to remodel the workroom of Building 9. The work will consist of demolition and disposal of the existing laboratory furniture, anti-slip flooring, fluorescent lighting fixtures, and ceiling tiles. Once the demolition is completed, imperfections with the room shall be corrected, and the contractor will supply and install new flooring, laboratory furniture, lighting fixtures and ceiling tiles. - Contractor shall purchase and install two new mini-split air-condition units; sized adequately to keep the lab at the required temperatures.
