Minor Repairs, Alterations, and Remodeling Services

The services required for minor repairs, alterations, and remodeling for City facilities include the following: General Contractor services, of which the scope of work shall include: - the construction, repair, alteration, remodeling, addition to, subtraction from, improvement and demolition of any building or structure including related improvements to City of Doral facilities. The porosed work includes but not limited to: - The addition of offices in a formerly open office space; the expansion of offices; new walls; new doors and frames; new and altered storefronts; finish and trim work to match existing finishes and trim (It is the intent that the new construction be indistinguishable from the existing construction.); new flooring and carpet; installation of new acoustical ceilings and repair of existing ceilings; demolition. The projects also involve mechanical, electrical, plumbing work, such as but not limited to: - Repair and alteration of existing systems, fixtures, and equipment. - The addition of new systems, fixtures, and equipment. - The coordination of work on any porprieraty system as identified by the City of Doral, such as existing Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alamr systems.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression, Water-Based Fire-Suppression Systems, Fire-Extinguishing Systems.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Instrumentation and Control for Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment, Plumbing Fixtures, Drinking Fountains and Water Coolers.
