| Description | Little Elm ISD is seeking qualifications for Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) for the 2022 Bond Program and other projects on an as needed basis. Project scope of work includes major Little Elm HS addition and renovations, two elementary schools, Little Elm HS competition gym, middle schools fine arts additions, playgrounds and miscellaneous minor renovations. The District may award to multiple vendors for the projects as needed. The qualification will be valid for the duration of the 2022 bond program. Little Elm ISD anticipates submitting committee recommendations based upon qualifications to the Board of Trustees at the School Board Meeting scheduled for April 17, 2023. Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this proposal shall be requested within the e-Bidding portal no later than 12:00 pm on March 7, 2023. If needed, an addendum will be issued on March 9, 2023, in response to questions submitted prior to this cut-off date. Little Elm ISD will be close the week of March 13-16, 2023 for Spring Break and will not be accepting bids. |
