Description

Work is to provide a turnkey project to rebuild one (1) completely operational municipal vehicle fueling facility. The underground fuel storage tanks at City’s municipal vehicle fueling station are approximately 27-years old. The three (3) current underground storage tanks (USTs) are 10,000 gallon each and do not meet the U.S. EPA’s updated regulations for secondary spill containment (40 CFR Part §280.21) and interstitial leak monitoring (40 CFR Part §280.40). The current USTs are not doubled walled (for secondary containment) and the fuel dispensing pumps are analog and therefore are not as accurate as the more up-to-date digital dispensing pumps. The project will include the replacement of the tanks, pumps, dispensing units, monitoring system and all of the associated piping and wiring.
