Water Main Replacement and Sanitary Force Main Improvements

Contract no. 1 – general construction: 1. base bid a. no. 1–water main replacement: construction of potable water pipelines consisting of furnishing and installing the following approximate quantities: 80 feet of 6-inch dr 13.5 dips poly pipeline, 80 feet of 8-inch dr 13.5 dips poly pipeline, 80 feet of 10-inch dr 13.5 dips poly pipeline, and 350 feet of 12-inch c900 dr 25 pvc pipeline, 325 feet of 12-inch dr13.5 dips poly directional bores, one (1) interstate cased bore, one (1) 12-inch poly 45-degree bend, one (1) 12-inch by 8 inch poly tee, two (2) tie-ins to existing system, one (1) 8-inch gate valve, one (1) 10-inch gate valve, one (1) 12-inch gate valve one, (1) fire hydrant assembly, one (1) 1-inch flush/air blow-off valve, and all associated fittings and appurtenances, restoration, flushing and testing, signage, seeding, and gravel. b. no. 2–pvc sanitary force main from ls to lagoon: construction of on grade sanitary wastewater pipelines consisting of furnishing and installing the following approximate quantities: 40 feet of 8-inch dr 13.5 dips poly pipeline, 850 feet of 10-inch c900 dr 25 pvc pipeline, and 6,025 feet of 12-inch c900 dr 25 pvc pipeline, 400 feet of 10-inch dr 13.5 dips poly directional bores, 450 feet of 12-inch dr13.5 dips polydirectional bores, one (1) 10-inch poly 45-degree bend, two (4) 12-inch poly 45-degree bend, five (5) tie-ins to existing system, five (5) 10-inch gate valves, two (2) 12-inch gate valves, one (1) state highway cased bore, two (2) 12-inch air release valve (arv) with manhole, and all associated fittings and appurtenances, restoration, flushing and testing, signage, seeding, and gravel. contract no. 1 – alternate no. 1 - hdpe sanitary force main from ls to lagoon: construction of on grade sanitary wastewater pipelines consisting of furnishing and installing the following approximate quantities: 40 feet of 8-inch dr 13.5 dips poly pipeline, 850 feet of 10-inch dr 13.5 dips poly pipeline, and 6,025 feet of 14-inch dr 13.5 dips poly pipeline, 400 feet of 10-inch dr 13.5 dips poly directional bores, 450 feet of 14-inch dr13.5 dips poly directional bores, one (1) 10-inch poly 45-degree bend, four (4) 14-inch poly 45-degree bend, five (5) tie-ins to existing system, five (5) 10-inch gate valve, two (2) 14-inch gate valves, one (1) state highway cased bore, one (1) 14-inch air release valve (arv) with manhole, and all associated fittings and appurtenances, restoration, flushing and testing, signage, seeding, and gravel. contract no. 1 – alternate no. 2 -– lagoon outfall structure with bore: construction of a lagoon outfall structure with a 350 feet of 10-inch dr 13.5 dips poly directional bores, two (2) 10-inch gate valves, one (1) 10-inch poly tee, one (1) 10-inch poly 90-degree bend. one (1) concrete outfall structure, one (1) tie-in to existing 10-inch pvc, dewatering, restoration, clay liner restoration, embankment restoration, flushing, testing, signage, seeding, and gravel.
