The HVAC replacements at West Hills STEM Academy includes the following scope of work: Replace 30 VAV terminal units with new controllers and integrate into DDC system. Provide new fans, motors, heating water coils, and unitary DDC controllers for the air handling units AHU-2, AHU-3, and AHU-4 along with air handler controls sequence programming and integration to make a complete and functional system. Replacement of 3 boilers, two heating water pumps, addition of pump VFDs and integration into DDC system. DDC Integration for HVAC system includes outside air damper actuators, return air dampers actuators, supply fans, heating water coil control valves, heating water coil circulation pumps, duct temperature sensors, duct static pressure sensors, terminal unit damper actuators, space temperature sensors, and other components and points included in the DDC Points Matrix, System Control Diagrams, and Sequence of Operations. DDC Integration for Heating Water System includes the boilers, pump VFDs, automatic flow control valves, and other components and points included in the DDC Points Matrix, System Control Diagrams, and Sequence of Operations
