High School Parking Lot Paving Project

The Work for this Contract includes approximately 12,000 SY of asphalt paving and aggregate base curbs, striping, and storm drain improvements, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The contract time for this project is 90 calendar days for substantial completion. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders The Owner is an equal opportunity employer. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
