Description | Proposers are required to provide an itemized cost proposal for each building. Project Address: Magnolia Oaks 7240 & 7338 Massachusetts Ave. New Port Richey, FL 34653 Construction - 77 Residential Units; 18 Total Buildings - will be broken into two phases of construction 1. Clubhouse Building; 1,737 GSF, 1 Story (19'-6" high), 8" wood exterior wall construction and sloped wood truss roof structure. Total of 1 type of this building. 2. Apartment Building Type I: 3,476 GSF, 1 Story (19'-2" high), with 4 residential units consisting of (2) two bedroom units and (2) one bedroom units. 8" wood Exterior wall construction and sloped wood truss roof structure. Total of 8 types of this building. 3. Apartment Building Type II: 4,555 GSF, 1 Story (19'-2" high), with 5 residential units consisting of (2) two bedroom units and (2) one bedroom units, and (1) three bedroom unit. 8" wood Exterior wall construction and sloped wood truss roof structure. Total 6 types of this building. 4. Apartment Building Type III: 2,515 GSF, 1 Story (19'-2" high), with 3 residential units consisting of (1) two bedroom units and (2) one bedroom units 8" wood Exterior wall construction and sloped wood truss roof structure. Total of 1 type of this building. 5. Apartment Building Type IV: 5,629 GSF, 1 Story (19'-2" high), with 6 residential units consisting of (2) two bedroom units and (2) one bedroom units, and (2) three bedroom units. 8" wood Exterior wall construction and slope wood truss roof structure. Total 2 types of this building. No Lead-Based Paint shall be used on rehabilitation work either on existing surfaces or on new construction.
