The first floor of the home consists of kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and four-season room. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The partially finished, full basement. is below grade and does not have ingress/egress windows. It has a bar/family room plus an HVAC area and a utility room. It has oil, forced air heat and air conditioning. In addition to fencing, any miscellaneous items such as a mailbox and post, yard improvements, and any other debris present. Basement wall, floors and footing, if present, must be removed in their entirety and hauled from site.
