Description

Parcel 1: Two story (2,065 sq ft.) single-family residence with a (1,116 sq ft.) basement and detached (650 sq ft.) 3 stall garage, concrete walkway and asphalt driveway. Exterior walls consist of Masonite siding and asphalt shingles. Interior finishes include wood paneling, wood, carpet and tile and linoleum floorings. The first floor of the home consists of kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and four-season room. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The partially finished, full basement. is below grade and does not have ingress/egress windows. It has a bar/family room plus an HVAC area and a utility room. It has oil, forced air heat and air conditioning. In addition to fencing, any miscellaneous items such as a mailbox and post, yard improvements, and any other debris present. Basement wall, floors and footing, if present, must be removed in their entirety and hauled from site. All remaining personal property and advertising sign has been abandoned and will need to be removed and hauled from the site:
