Repair/Replace Circulating Pumps

Contractor shall provide repair to circulation pumps #3, and #4, #5 and #6, #7 and #8 associated piping, couplings and insulation. Contractor shall provide and install the necessary new scheduled 40 black iron piping, all new couplings & new flange packs, new flex connectors, new triple duty valves, new suction diffusers, new gauge piping, install new rubber insulation around replaced pumps and shall properly balance systems. Contractor shall provide and install two (2) new circulation pumps for #5 & #6, to match existing pumps. Overhead piping system; contractor shall replace broken piping hangers stall re-support pipe with new hanger assemblies to alleviate uncontrolled movement. Contractor shall provide and install, within #7 & #8 pump, piping system; re-support pipe with new hanger assemblies to alleviate uncontrolled movement. Contractor shall provide and install piping associated with two (2) expansion tank repair, replace black iron pipe with new copper pipe, provide and install new vents, valves and drains.
