Description

A/E firm to design two similar Data Center upgrades: DCG Data Center #210064, and 1MC Data Center #210065. Allocate resources to conduct an assessment to expand each Data Center, which should include additional power, HVAC cooling, utilizing additional square foot floor area, upgrades to building utility infrastructure, equipment replacement or upgrades, and any other item necessary to support anticipated IT services growth for the next 10+ years. Replace/Upgrade UPS systems for increased capacity. The Preliminary Project Cost (PPC) for the Project is six million dollars ($6,000,000). The PPC includes a Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for the Project Architect/Engineer of four million seven hundred sixty thousand dollars ($4,760,000).
