Enclosed is a competitive requirement set-aside for small businaesses, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and travel necessary to design, erect, assemble and install OSHA compliant scaffolding on the East elevation of Marmion Row, roughly 120 feet long by 30 feet tall. There shall be at least two staircases or ladders for entry. A Pre-Award Site Visit is scheduled for 9 November 2022, beginning at 10:00 am ET. The contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer Ruth Pagan, ruth_pagan@nps.gov no later than 7 November 2022 at 15:00 EDT, advising of attendance to the site visit. The purpose of the pre-award site visit is to allow potential contractor's the opportunity to view the site prior to submitting a firm-fixed price proposal. No other site visits will be offered.
